Swap the SVT 38 and SVT 40 stats (and their sniper variants)

I am convinced that the dev is making a mistake. Historically SVT 40 should be superior yet in this game SVT 38 is by far better than SVT 40 in every aspect. I think it is prudent to swap their stats.

Something weird happened with AVS and AVT…
For some reason the first is stronger than the last… it’s just strange.

SVT 40 does around 5-10% more damage. That’s the only notable difference.

I feel the damage aspect is negated by how easy it is to place a shot when using SVT-38
