SVT-40 balancing... Why on earth is it in BR 4?

I don’t think it makes sense to reduce the BR of the SVT 40 to 3, because the Soviets have nothing else in the BR4.

Check the stats, I suggested moving the G43 to the BR3, but as you know, the G43 is stronger than the SVT 38, so we need to nerf it, my suggestion was to equalize both the damage and reload speed, the base damage of the SVT38 is 12 and the base damage of the G43 is 12.7

But then you ruin the G43 should the soldier wear body armor and vitality. A semi auto should 1 shoot down at least, if it 2 shoot downs they are just useless and i am better of just running smgs or bolts instead.

And that is why I dont run the G41 for germany.
But since only germany can face body armor the SVT 38 can stay at 12 dmg and be just fine.

It’s a good gun, its only weakness is its terrible reload speed.
