These are just some suggestions ,feel free to add more to the list.
Improvements/feedback:
-
An aggressive AFK detection system for people who try to abuse(for rewards) the PvE nature of the game mode. We are already seeing people joining then AFK for “survived rounds” farm. Very frustrating for people who want to play.
-
Scaling the difficulty based on the number of players, with an increase in the number of zombies corresponding to the increase in players.
-
Voice chat is essential in this game mode and its implementation in Enlisted is long overdue.
-
To prevent frustrating scenarios where a downed player moves away from the reviving player, movement should be restricted when being revived.
-
The music so far was really good. Loved it. Just needs more songs so it’s not too repetitive.
-
The map is very atmospheric, I hope this trend continues with new maps.
-
Would love to see in the future, D-Day or Moon map? =)
-
In future iterations, would be nice to have more variety of zombies.
-
Bosses should have health bars.
-
Addition of being able to build on more challenging maps.
-
Firstaid kits are more important now, they should have a more prominent indicator.
-
Team member health indicator, would greatly improve situational awareness.
-
After buying a new weapon, if your older weapon goes on the ground, should be locked for 10-20 seconds so people don’t “steal” it.
-
Revive indicator when you are being revived by a teammate.
Perks ideas:
Not sure on the optimal implementation method; perhaps integrating objectives or utilizing in-game currency, or number of kills. Etc
If you ever played a rogue like game, such as Vampire Survivors or Hades, each level up grants you some random ability or passive bonuses. You could make something similar, each time you level up from gaining XP while progressing and killing, you get to pick a perk. Have maximum of 3-4 perks slots. Just an idea.
Ideally, on-screen icons, displaying active perks. For example, the Vitality perk, represented by its corresponding icon alongside a Roman numeral indicating it’s rank (I/II/III).

Adrenaline Syringe - One charge of self revive. Can carry only one at a time.
Rank 1 - Provides one charge of self revive.
Rank 2 - Same benefit as Rank 1 + reviving time of allies or yourself reduced by 20%.
Rank 3 - Same benefit as Rank 1&2 + After self revive is used, you temporarily gain increased sprint speed by 10% and stamina regeneration by 100%, last 20 seconds.
Inspiration from in-game equipment we already have :
They can all be upgraded in ranks of 1/2/3 Small/Medium/Large
- Ammo pouch - Increase ammo capacity you carry.
- Grenade pouch - Increase the number of explosives you can carry.
- Backpack - Increase the number of Medkits you can carry and the amount Medkits heal.
Inspiration from in-game perks we already have(some have 3 ranks some don’t depending on impact/usefulness) :
- Viatality - Increases HP pool 10/20/30%. At max rank you can never be 1shotted, will put you on 1HP with a 3 min cooldown.
- Mobility - Increases jump height by 15/25/40%, movement speed while crouching or prone by 20/30/60%, pose change speed by 20/30/50%.
- Marathon - Increases Run 3/6/10% and Sprint speed by 5/10/15%.
- Sharp shooter - Increases bolt weapons firing rate by 15% and increases breath holding time while aiming by 100% (useful only early game should be easy to get)
- Endurance - Increases stamina pool by 100% and health regen in combat and out of combat (not sure on what % vales to give)
- Dexterity - Increases weapon changing speed by 50%, Grenade throw range by 50% and Melee damage 100% and Mlee attack speed by 25%.
- Weapon’s Expert - Increase reload speed by 20% and weapon aim speed by 20%
Weapons could be upgraded too. Self explanatory, would just copy the upgrades we already have on the weapons now in Enlisted. Like the star system.
