- Restore the further zoom ablility of the fixed machine gun,if the fixed machine gun does not perform bettter than other light machine guns,then no one will construct it,and it will lose the significance of existence.
2.replace mg42 to Maxim gun for Russia,which is the fixed machine gun,and beacuse the maxim gun is cooled by water,we design it can fire constantly,without the limitation of heat dissipation.but its fire rate will be lower than mg42. - and so the design of the m1917 machine gun for USA is similar to No.2 suggestion.

Yes please, I put my MG nests as far back as possible, sometimes out of sight behind bushes and trees and just spray at possible enemy locations or markers. One bullet and the gun is destroyed, no cover at all, expensive…I can just use my MG squad and have unlimited ammo by having my bots resupply me.

yes i agree,the fixed machine gun need to be enhacned to make it keeps significant in the game
