Suggestion: make the one-in-chamber loaded at first

Since the one-in-chamber mechanic is there, why don’t just give us this extra round when spawned, just like Battlefield 1? I don’t get it.

First of all, this is enlisted.
The second thing is that having an additional bullet in the chamber is inconsistent with military instructions, so when you deploy your unit, you do not have an additional bullet.
