“not for users who support historically accurate, warned
”
the fact remains that after two years since I started playing, the side relating to weapon customization has remained unchanged, the only semblance of customizing is related to unlocking the same weapon + something or use simple upgrade system who increase the level of the weapon and increase a bit the statistics, and makes the whole grind side of weapon upgrades really monotonous
unlike what happens for example in call of Duty and heroes and general
where it is possible to modify different parts of a firearm to adjust the desired weapon to the personal style of play or to refine the strong and weak points, in enlisted it is currently impossible to do this
partly this system is necessary to avoid such monsters (ist not even an mp40 anymore)
but on the other hand it deprives us of the possibility of doing this

add a bipod to weapons that might benefit from it and not only this
- Convert a semi-auto rifle like the Gewer 43 by adding slow auto fire, scope and bipod in a MG
- convert a bolt-action into a trench semi-auto by adding selective fire (manual and semi-auto) and an extension to the internal magazine
- convert a weapon like mg42 into a burst fire rifle, replacing the magazine with a normal 20 or 30 round one and changing the firing mode
endless possibilities
that can improve and make the use of weapons much more satisfying to increase the hours of fun they can give us, I believe that in the future this can be done through the use of the new progression system like war thunder and that wasting such an opportunity is a big mistake.

The best possible modification => cut off the super large circle from M2 carbine sights lmao, pretty much soviet level “modification”.

I know, that’s not how democracy works, but if I could, I would ban you for couple hours and locked this topic.
Rags and scratches - yes
Wood colors - yes
Insignificant modifications (MP38/40, PPS-43 Moscow and Stalingrad, PPD 40 early and late, dosens of kar98k variations) as skins - yes
Gun alternations like PPSh-41 stick or drum instead of 2 different guns - yes
Fantasy collimators, drums, bipods, fire modes, grips, bullets - big fucking NO

I think this just completely unrealistic yet innocent suggestion for funny discussions. You shouldn’t take it so seriously. It surely wasn’t intended to trigger people.

I did like heroes and generals though! like for nostalgia pics!
I think the greatest argument AGAINST this suggestion is probably an universal one:
If game A tries to mimic game B, it will dissatisfy everybody. Lovers of A will complain it isn’t A anymore, while lovers of B will complain it isn’t B enough.

Depends
if A dislike it because it dont like because “decent reason towards the gameplay and the game” is a good crictic
If B dislike it because “mUh NoT hIsToRiCaLLy AccUrAtE!!” In a game where you already have post war equipment, war time travel and teleport equipment ecc… and trowed away the historically accurate 1y ago, yes this is a useless complain than i dont even care to take in account
So you want dislike it post something who dont is the classic “not historically accurate” rant
which one?
dont care
I want shooter in ww2 setting, not historically recreated battle of Moscow
And there were no collimators in ww2

Lovers of A (enlisted) love is strange they love a game description, not how the videogame really is, i readed enlisted description a lot of time and still is impossible see what the description say in the game
Lovers of B (other game) try to force enlisted become the game they like those are another kind of dumb…
The real wy is take a bit of the better of B,C,D… withaut eliminate A core body
This is how small team fail in market competition, when trying to enter a “bigger market”, without think about why current player chose it instead of competitors, and how strong the new competitors are. Look at how low quality and buggy Enlisted program is, compete with COD by what?

Jumbo used 3 weeks earlier than it was delivered is bad but absolutely not equal to monsters from hell like 50-round drum fed M1 Garand with a red dot and bipod.

So of course an automatic HELL NAH.
