Suggestion about Progression System and Battle Ratings system

First, since I’m not English speaker, so please forgive me if this sentence is strange and grammatically incorrect.
I think current progression system has several problems. I played this game a lot and unlocked various powerful weapons, then I found that most of my confronting enemies are still armed with their first rifles and I can easily overwhelm and devastate them. (I’m not good at FPS game and My ping is over 190ms. However, I can easily kill more than 100 enemies and be the top of the team. Can you believe that?)
This is too unfair and I lost my motivation to grind another campaign. Because If I start playing new campaign,It is obvious that I’m going to be put into the same unfair situation.
Who wants to fight against overpowered automatic weapons with bolt-action carbine rifles?
It’s not just about guns. The same goes for tanks and planes.
And the fact that you can buy that advantage with money is even more problematic. This is nothing but “Pay to win”.(Actually , I gained this advantage by premium account served as the reward for CBT participants.)

So I strongly suggest that implement Battle Ratings system into this game.
Campaigns should be divided by ranks, rather than by front as they are now.
And I think it would be good to have matchmaking in ranks based on the rank of the weapon or vehicle being used. (Just like in Warthunder).
This will also avoid the split of the playerbase that can be expected by continuing to increase the number of campaigns.

Thanks.

This suggestion was already made by @5762269 and if I remember correctly, it had mixed results to say at least.

So, I will just repeat what I already said back then… you are effectively taking out possibility to choose campaign you want to play because you will be forcing players either to keep all their old stuff and never progress at all, or you are baiting new players into playing for example Berlin, but horribly grindwalling it behind months if not years of “lower” campaigns. That will also create elitism and make some campaigns being considered as “top tier” and we all know and saw what a mess all this made in WT.
I don´t want to downgrade my equipment/have stockpiles of “trash” equipment or grind for months if not eventually years (WT style witnout premiums) just to be able to play what I want or like.

I agree that separation of new players and veteran players should be a thing at some point, but I have my doubts it should be for the cost of taking away this choice.

Battle rating systems are awful, and shouldn’t be used to balance anything.

I’ll keep saying this: power level ratings are better than nothing at all. If you have an better idea, let’s hear it. Otherwise, you are simply using a bad implementation (like in war thunder, being overly compressed and using the wrong statistics to validate changes to it) as excuse to hate on a perfectly functional system.

Here’s a wild, extremely strange suggestion:

Just get better at the game.

Getting better doesn’t let you magically overcome a huge stat difference between your trash soldiers and their maxed out soldiers and will not help at all if they are at mostly equal skill as you are.

Here’s a wild, extremely strange suggestion:

Just try thinking about things before talking.
