You need to have good map knowledge or good team coordination to get effective use with Mortar. Not a noob friendly class to be honest.
Sniper is pretty straight foward class and can achieve good amount kills with out knowing too much of the game. It’s just annoying to see them too far out of combat (usually).
Newb with a mortar squad is much worse.
