Am I right that, A3 is better than A4 in every single way?

There should be at least some kind of difference, for example in specialization on long or medium distaces, not just getting worse weapon.

Comparing the two you have
M1903A3: Slightly higher RoF, slightly faster ADS, removable 8x scope
M1903A4: Less dispersion, altough irrelevant at any range possible ingame (0.007 vs A3’s 0.03), 6x scope
In short, the only notable differences are the scopes, you want longer range? Go A3, want more mid-range? Go A4

I prefer the A3 because of the scope.
More range which is useful in a sniper.
