Stop using EAC before the muppets arrive

VAC has a long history of false bans and false positives. That thing is a curse and should absolutely never be used.

Depends on the type of game, I don’t see throwaway accounts making any type of ground in Enlisted.

Wow, 50USD isnt worthy? 50USD can reduce tons of players willing to hack at risk of losing his 50USD.
Do you know 50USD can buy 3~4 PUBGs.
Even a traffic ticket here in China only cost around 35USD.

You mad? 50 USD is a cost of a proper cheat, monthly. People paying 50$ to cheat monthly WILL NOT have any issue creating new steam account and buying new game.

The types of people who are that level of tryhard are going to dump money to get around any type of cheat engine, so it’s a nonfactor.

What a constructive and helpful comment so glad you added this to the conversation.

i mean… he is not wrong.

you have to give credits to the man when he got ones.

Well, i didnt said EAC is going to stop them, i meant steam VAC wont do that, and therefore its kind of useless work to change one anti-cheat for another, as no improvements will be achieved. I’ll be happy to hear anything good about how efficient VAC is, but i cant really believe its possible, VAC is made by steam, cs is made by steam, and its full of cheaters.

Problem is he was responding to something that wasnt even said. At no point did the OP say they should hire him just that EAC is crap and they should get something better.

For most games, this is also the case. Maybe it already exists, but we don’t know, because we have nothing to look for on it

Do you ever talk to some cheaters?
I do. MOST of them will stop cheating if the cost is too high. Multiple 50USD is very expensive.
If you want to think something extreme, do you ever heard of DDOS game servers? I do see some extreme rich and badass players DDOS other servers just for take it out on other players.

you mean butthurt

???
First, not all Chinese players are hackers. (<30% I believe)
Second, there will be a Chinese version of this game published by 天ē©ŗē½‘ļ¼Œrumor says just around end of march.
Third, Chinese pay the same price of game as most part of the world (30 USD/EUR), but about russians? They only pay 1200 rubbles, they have lower cost to hack if they want.

From where did you get info about lower price for Russians? Russian website leads to the same market as for everyone, with the exact same prices

Russian regional prices are two times less than eu/us, in every game, except for mobile platforms, for 15-20 years now i believe.

1499rubbles is 20USD, not 30.

Okay, you’re right. That’s a bit unfair.

They earn less money on average, so it probably is the same ammount of money % wise compared to how much they earn a month.
It’s even ā€œworseā€ with the hyperinflated countries.

I know, that they statistically earn less than western countries.
But for some countries there are no lower costs like that. For example it is hard to compare statistic pay in Germany and in Poland. But Polish still have to pay the exact same price.
But we can stop here, because that disscusion will lead to nowhere. Maybe I overreacted a bit.

30% is a lot. It’s definitely above average however, though there could be a mixture of Russian and Koreans in with the common hackers players see because they’re usually accompanied by those boxes for their names or in the chat that happen when a character that isn’t installed on your computer (such as Chinese or Cyrillic) is used.

So usually if those boxes appear, players assume they’re chinese.
