No one wants to waste precious opportunities with useless calls

Who but an enemy spy would want to see something as bad as this?

If you are so relying on smoke barrages, I recommend a mortar squad. Way more versatile.
Another plus, this squad is larger than a radio squad.

Im not sure if any helpers is actually reading this, but I have an actual suggestion: give smoke artillery a seperate downtime because right now it’s just not “economical” to use smoke over HE artillery or bombing run.

I believe this too was suggested several times already. Sadly, completely rejected/ignored.

Sad, I will have to rely on my tank and mortar smoke shells.
I wonder if the smoke actually works though? While players can’t see through it, bots might be able to as they already do with bushes.

I mean, if it’s not working properly than ofcourse they wouldn’t want smoke artillery.

I recommend crusader with its 50 smoke grenades. They’re not as effective as smoke shells are. But aggressive gameplay with constant spam of smoke grenades is hella fun xD

I honestly do not care. Yes, they do shoot trough bushes and so. But from my personal experience, it’s just from time to time. Definitely not something consistent. I don’t even remember when I was killed by bot shooting from behind the bush.

I assume you haven’t tried Signal Regiment smoke bombardment.
Their single blast range is nearly 2 times that of mortar smoke
