Please for the love of god stop assigning perks to both gold older soldiers and events squads. Its so anoying to spend all silver I have to remove these perks. Especially since the assigned perks are often nonsensical for the class and weapon used.
For instance the Japanese event squad from the rocket artillery event. It cost me over 15000 silver and I still havent reset al perks.
for the love of god, why would i want reduction in horizontal recoil on the type 4? Reload time is the real problem for that gun. Or at least i think so, why not let me make that choice? And not having vitality while knowing pretty much everybody prefers that perk?
Why, why asign all these stupit perks. Everytime I get an event squad i feel scamed in a way.
The same goes for gold order soldiers. You should not punish players with having to spend all their silver for buying something.
So remove this feature plz.

Yes! mabe even better suggestion.
What they could also do is add card in the BP to reset a soldier for free. That would stil be a bit scumy but would at least make it easier to prevent the intense silver drain. This might be a good middle ground between publisher and playerm but meh.
Your suggestion would be best I think.

I thought all event squads have first free reset.
But maybe I am just misremembering because of perk point change to Horn StG/AT-44 squads.

It does not punish those people as they are likely to already get enough money to do this…

I maintain a small pool of ES at all times. I had 30k Friday, bought 10 T20’s, and had 10k when I got off for the night. I joined the EMC group after my suspension here and shortly before my ban from Reddit so I could still have people to talk to about my favorite game while waiting for today. I had to buy an Enfield, SMLE, 2 TNT, and a shovel for the Op on Saturday. I probably have somewhere around 15k-25k ES right now. Not that difficult to keep a small bank at all times
Back in the day, you could choose to remove a trait, but then have to go through the lottery again, after several battles.
I guess spending silver is kind of a better choice.

Look mate the silver economy is horrible. It sucked up all the silver I earner during the first few levels of the events. I understand min maxing can be annoying, but perks are not that OP.
Especially for newer players and free to play players this is horrible, they dont get to min max, they barely get enough silver to buy weapons and soldiers. If they earn one of these event squads dont they deserve to at least min max a bit?

I guess I managed to avoid this by simply playing a lot, and now I have almost 150k silver.
But, I agree that refunding is a bit too expensive.
Or, at the very least, event squads should get some things to make it easier.
