Hello so i just got back into the game and last time i played was right before the tech tree merge they did. So I’ve been going through my old German squads and i seen the Stalingrad Panzer IV G as classified. Well did some research and found it was acquired from the Battle of Stalingrad: Full access which i did purchase. Was there some criteria i missed for the Stalingrad Panzer IV G to get it?
You had to actually research it and purchase it back then.
Just owning the full access to the campaign isn’t enough.

I made a small mistake.
Back then, we wouldn’t have to pay for the vehicles from progression. We got them automatically upon researching them.
But that doesn’t change a lot for you. It’s shame you haven’t managed to get it.
But it’s definitely not some huge lost.

Yeah, Panzer IV J is objectively better at BR 3 anyways,
Stalingrad Panzer IV G in enlisted has the slightly worse F2 gun and no cupola MG.
One could argue that the lack of spaced armor gives the tank a smaller silhouette, but in the end having no spaced armor seems like a small disadvantage on its own.
The only good thing about that tank is its access to heat rounds, which it doesn’t need at all, but when using it for HE against infantry, it will give you the power to blow up lightly armored vehicles without switching to AP.
Forget about Tungsten AP - those have no post pen damage and are terribly underpowered in Enlisted.
