Stalingrad Enginner squad post merge Idea that fits new and old players

As we already know if we let all engineers that are coming from Stalingrad to use Automatic rifles that breaks the game.

I came up with an idea that can satisfy both old and new players. What if the two squads namely the 336th pioneer and the 403 engineer battalion becomes an event squad whose speciality is the 6 MKB and 6 AVT. It could be done in the beginning of the merge so new player can get these squads too and old players could receive a compensation like maybe 300 gold or event order for old weapons like the officer sword.

In this case both Russians and Germans will have an event squad that has full auto guns and new players can get it too.

Whats your opinion about this? isnt it a win- win situation?

I had mentioned it in another thread, I’m not sure there was too much support for the idea but I think its a good idea.

Darkflow's decision to axe the Stalingrad engineers might've not been necessary had they remembered what they originally promised

I have not played the test server but when I read the original post I thought the 2 engineer squads from Stalingrad would be allowed to have the assault rifles after the merge, not all the engineers attached to other squads from Stalingrad. Would it be unbalanced to just have the 336th Pioneer Battalion engineers be able to use the MKb 42(H) (and the equivalent Soviet engineer II squad with the Soviet auto rifle, I forget the name), as a compensation to the people who bought the Stalingrad acc…

personally i think turning them into a pre merge special squad like event squad could work but idk if people like that

simple solution: have the engineer squads behave like the Berlin tankers: you can NOT use assault rifles, but you can equip submachine guns, less damage perhaps but in exchange the particularity is maintained even if it is nerfed
