Squad reinforcement in battle

(I don’t know what to think about this idea, that’s why I placed it in the mess room instead of suggestions.)
Idea is: it would be possible to replace dead soldiers during the battle.
It would be available only once per squad life and would replace around 50% of squad when you are on main spawn point.
To use this you have to assign soldiers to be in the reserve (each squad separately) just like you assign soldiers to the squad. Maybe also class limitation, I don’t know.

I don’t know if it should be implemented in game but the idea can be discussed.

I like the idea of being able to replace squad soldiers with the reserve. It sure beats my current process of just suiciding to get a fresh squad when there is a lull in the action.
