I see that gaijin still insists that the MG34 is equivalent to the browning M1919A6 and there is no MG42, previously before the arrival of the browning M1919A6 the MG42 was also used by engineers when making the built machine gun, but it was also changed to the MG34 in anticipation maybe to balance it with the browning?! I don’t know but putting an MG34 even in the paratrooper squad is bad enough… think about the horrible aim and low stability that this weapon has, and another… I see that when picking up the sniper weapons from the drop, the allies receive the Springfield M1903A1 while the axis side receives a bolt-action weapon with good accuracy of the kar98 type? no! they get a Gewehr 43… did the developers consult with the players? I do not think so! the difference in the aim and accuracy of these weapons added to the axis are the worst, I don’t even like the FG42 II sniper but it’s still better than the Gewehr 43 so why not add it? and seriously i can’t believe what this game is becoming

I just unlocked the German para squad, 5 mins ago (I did’nt play everyday.)

Are you absolutely mad? This squad is amazing, the FG has one of the best iron sights of all FGs, it’s stable, deadly (like all fgs), comes with boomstick… And you trully piss on the mg34? Like, for real? Sure, Brits paras come with drum heavy lmgs as main weapons (that are extremely inaccurate at range btw) but those guys don’t get other lmgs in assault config, they get 3 lanchesters…

Edit: Only thing I’d give (and not even a necessity) is one spare magazine more.

I dont think there is a weapon Id rather pick (from all campaigns) for paras.

FG-42 is precise and efficient. Krieghoff favourite version.

I like the Krieg too… But only because it comes with 100 ammo total. except that it seems to kick a LOT compared to other fgs…

I really like the even fg. could come without boomstick I wouldn’t even mind. I have no idea why, but the event FG, has a finner iron sight than the regular FG… and I love it.

Wouldn’t mind another spare mag, but I can live without, using full auto only in building clear mode.

I got -40% vertical recoil on all my krieghoffs. I really dont notice the kick? maybe its just because I prefer the iron sights.

Im a big fan of single fire anyway, I often change my Krieghoffs to single. I just like full control (I aim for heads)
