sometimes when i aim at a target one, or more, of my squad members just run infront of me and blocking my sight. this end most very tragic for the hole squad.

This happens all the time and needs to be fixed.
I changed the formation and since then, they are all behind me and do not run in front of my shooting line.
this is added as a realism feature to the game. Soldiers through out history have regreted, hesitated or even prevented the killing of an enemy soldier, out of sympathy or concern for their fellow man. Your soldiers are blocking you because their courage isnt leveled up high enough.
