“gatekeeping is when people question my unsubstantiated claims”
-some kiwi dude
You didn’t question them though did you, you just dismissed what the other person said. Maybe you should actually discuss this like an reasonable person if thats not too difficult for you. - Some Kiwi Dude.
well it depends quite alot how you start the discussion.
The ignore works quite well.
alright then. the bloke was very clearly just lagging, so clearly in fact that i didnt even feel there was a need to say it out loud
when he gets close to the ground, stuff starts loading in, and the poor fuckers internet/pc explodes. any person with a functioning brain would instantly come to this conclusion.
he also talked about hit detection, which is the first thing to go out the window once your internet drops slightly
its very clear that the dude i replied to didnt actually meet any hackers
Did you add anything of value to the conversation? No. But if thats how you roll well says more about you than anything doesnt it.
There are 0 value in this entire topic.
Then why bother commenting on something you see no value in. Seems you enjoy wasting your own time.
No actually it doesnt, that is an assumption it could well be someone doing it. You are making a diagnosis of it without actually seeing it for yourself. Now you could be right it could be all those things. I would suggest he take footage of it and pass it on and write up a ticket about it. Rather than have some guy dismiss his thoughts. As that is a very real thing that can be done.
However thank you for actually engaging in the discussion this time.
It was quite clear from the start of the topic that theres 0 reason to involve anything even remotely intellectual.
I mean theres 2 of you who has seen 600 cheaters just in 1 game and rest of us havent seen single one or maybe 1 in past 18months.
What are the odds ?
Is there some other reason to be at forums ?
I used to accuse people of cheating all the time until I played against a friend and all those things that looked like people running wallhacks or aimbotting just ended up being mega dogshit netcode which really opened up my eyes to how poorly enemy players are misrepresented.
when i get out of the shower and cant find my phone, it also could very well be that someone broke into the house and moved it to the kitchen counter while i was distracted, or i left it there myself and forgot. there you go, 2 possible scenarios of what could have happened. you see how one of those is extremely likely and the other is close to statistically impossible?
my example might be a tad bit more extreme, but its basically the same thing. someone could have lag switched him every time he tried to bomb, or he was just lagging, which one is inifnetly more likely?
What’s your problem? You dont like the conversation that we are having you see zero value, You are making things up that we never said. You see the only reason in this forum to waste time I mean why be such an anti-social person about this. I mean come on grow up.

Chiken
All the people who vehemently deny all cheats are usually suspicious to me. I remember when so many people swore on their lives that there was absolutely no cheats whatsoever on Destiny, then the company sues a giant website that provided cheats out in public, making a huge scene.
The best thing we can do is just report what we see in game and to report all cheating websites to the devs, and hopefully that will keep the cheaters back for as long as possible. Thankfully, it does appear that cheats are relatively rare here.

Yes that would be a fallacy argument called the Faulty Analogy
Its not the same and by arguing that that analogy is the same is to try and make you sound reasonable or that your logic isnt flawed. However we dont know what is happening specifically to this individual player. As I said without more information it is a guess either way isnt it.
