As Enlisted creates and distributes more and more fun event squads, some people miss out on event squads they would like to have in their campaigns. It is perfectly fair that old event squads are available only to the those who played in the original event, but what if in a future event there are 2 event squads but 3 event earnable squad orders. This could be reserved only for special events like the anniversary of enlisted, but this would allow new players and old players who missed events to grab that old squad they regret missing. If players have all the event squads they could simply get a gold weapon order instead.

I see this as an easy way for the developers to make a really special event by recycling content that might otherwise be unavailable forever. Its a win for the devs and for the players.

Since old Premium Squads are brought back for special occasions maybe one day they’ll do future events to unlock old squads

Not that I would be against, coz it’s a interesting idea, but what about the people that already have that squads?

I’d like to see some other event exclusives, not only is my PlayStation broken rn buy I’ve no idea what events have happened. Plus I saw some really cool event guns or vehicles that might be fun to play with. Also the Geweher 98 needs to be transferrable tween campaigns…

I agree that allowing the acquisition of older event squads would be a nice change, I miss out on some events due to college and I didn’t manage to get the silenced squads for normandy and tunisa. I think your idea of squad orders is a good one, just have older squads available in new events or during like a summer bash or anniversary event and you can pick which ones you want. +1 for the suggestion I think this is a really good idea

I’d take a gold order weapon over an event squad any day.

If they can’t spend the event order you can exchange it for a gold weapon order or maybe some other reward

I don’t think the devs would make an event where players could get too much more, maybe a gold soldier order could be thrown in as well for players who have all the old event squads.

You can get the weapon on next BP, or Atleast 3 after. Or get with it a few gold, event squads on other hand are (until now) limited to the event window…

Why? With event squads you get the squad the game gives you, while there are many gold order weapons to choose from, plus the gold order weapons are often way way more unique than the event squad weapons.
Plus again, what would be a reasonable reward for people who have all the event squads then?
