for example，Winchester g30r squad can build 76mm M5 at gun replace normal at gun，and sks44 squad can build 4x Maxim mount replace normal aa gun.
some event\premium engineer squad can change br by replacing their main weapons，so they could only build the special guns when they are in the right br，for example，German event engineer squad got 88mm flak36 gun but available in br4 or 5，so when they are in br 1-3，their buildable guns as the same as regular engineer squads.
Maybe instead of it being locked to a squad it can be map/campaign based where any engineer squad can chose from building those special tools or the regular stuff that we currently have. Another one can be if the engineer pulls out a hammer there can be pre placed blueprints for those tools that people can construct in key areas that would change the outcome of the battle like how the new map has some pre placed AT cannons
