Is there anyone who can explain the spawn protect feature?
Sometimes it feels like a bad joke.
The enemy can kill me instant after spawning immediately on every kind of spawn point on the map.
Otherwise it´s not possible for me to kill an enemy on his spawn?
That doeasn´t like fair to me, that the enemy has an feature what i don´t have.

they reduced the protected “grey zone” in order to make “flanking” with paradrop units effective, but in doing so people are spawn camping now like crazy.
Tho… on many maps this has already been pretty bad.

you are not supposed to be at the enemy spawn to begin with, play the objective.

Why can he kill me?
What you write is unlikely because you are invulnerable for a while in respawn zones. The only time you’re instantly mortal is when you spawn in a rallypoint and it makes sense why there’s no protection there.

It also happened to me on an regular map Spawn Point. Not a rallyypoint.
A video would be helpfull. Or at least a link to the replay.

i did noticed this factor too.
they most likely reduced the time protection from basic spawns to only like, 1 - 2 seconds.
dunno why. and it’s quite annoying as i spawn and either a bomb wipes me out despite having just spawned,
or some remnants of die hard defenders remained near the last line so that he then mow down my squad before i can even see him or react.
( this happens alot in normandy )

This happened to me was me except the opposite. I was chilling in a trench overlooking the objective, we lost it and when the spawns switched a bot squad spawned behind and killed most of my sqaud because spawn protection. Pacific War do be one of those campaigns of all time.
Spawn protection is a limited time - 10 seconds or something like that - it still works - got multiple indications of it in a game where I was targeting it with a mortar recently 
i posted something about this exact thing a long time ago and people called me a spawn camper too. we aren’t spawn camping anybody. ive had enemies spawn right in front of my face many many times when all i was doing is try to protect the objective. it has ended my killstreak many times and we aren’t “spawn camping” something needs to be done about it. I think its because the maps are so small.

I don’t think that’s entirely true though. I’ve had many instances where I spawn on the default spawn points (because nobody else seems to know how to put down rally points), just to get bombed or rocketed by enemy aircraft, hit by mortars, hit by an ampulomet, hit by a tank shell, or perforated by an HMG.
It seems to me like only half of the default spawn points really have spawn protection.
