After playing with all the nations, I find that mid tier is pretty balanced, but if you do get top tier BR5, you have nothing, other than planes, PF for gz KTs. The T34STZ and KV1 cannot pen them. I even tried the premium Su76 in practice, even from the side it is unable to pen!
Hardly anyone uses the Su85 TD, because it has no m-gun, any objections to that being made mid tier? BR3, it might get some use if it can pen the KTs ( I’m assuming it can not tested that TBH)

Except that the us don’t even have a good AT launcher/tank to deal with KT at any BR.
Erm what about Firefly, Lend lease M4A2 76mm, M9 Bazooka if close enough? Not to mention Stalingrad P40e nice bombs just for Berlin

None of the stuff you mentioned can pen KT from the front but ok.
Tier 3 panzerfaust already can pen much more than m9 bazooka, also coming hatred from forums i see many ppl say that german tanks easily kill any shermans, and that one of the reason why us players want pershing
There is no point in using SPGs in general.
They offer no benefits of their class (like being cheaper) with all their downsides (like no turret). Plus most of the time they are at the same BR as their tank “counterparts” (SU85 and T-34/85 or StuG and PzIVF2).
Yeah, I don’t even understand why this vehicle is after both T-34/85 in progression. It’s literally just downgrade. The armor difference really isn’t even that significant

Or early Berlin with IVJ (again, not patched gun) vs t34-85.
