Every faction needs better at cannons for high br. For an example usa only gets 57mm cannon to fight against king tigers and panthers.
I agree. Almost every vehicle that japan has could go easily 1-2 brs lower.

The Americans are not really fighting a war on 2 fronts and now finally they have someone to fight but overall they’re nowhere near the same level as the US
It’s not just their vehicles that need to be fixed it’s their weapons too because most of the Japanese tech tree is bolt action.
And with how broken the BR system is right now the Japanese will end up fighting tier 5 Soviet so there’s no point in actually having it and when they do fight them they’ll be screwed

The bolties are not the problem considering that they are all low br. The problem is that their semi autos are overtiered like the type 4 rifle which is literally gewehr 41 but somehow br 4

Japan barely exist in BR5 and they’re only there because of magical wonder magic
And that’s another problem as well and that’s not even counting the paratrooper problem as well
I dont support japan br 5. Having japan as an low br only nation would have been much better but it is already too late to go back. As for the paratroopers i think japan should get buyable paratrooper squad just like other nations

I cannot do that for I am not a Japanese specialist but I do know that BR is all messed up and the weapon assignments all messed up
I’ll point towards this post Invasion of Manchuria (Operation August Storm), USSR/Japan (campaign draft) which lists a bunch of equipment for this theater (including new AT weapons).
This was still made for the old campaign system instead of the BR system but I think a bunch of ideas are convertable, even if its a bit sad weapons/vehicles aren’t restricted to the correct theater anymore (stuff like the IS2 for example wouldn’t be in Manchuria even if I don’t think it would be a bigger problem than the Pershing for example).
While I agree the Japanese could severely use more equipment we don’t need more Japanese magic so I completely agree. But a sniper rifle above tier 2 and potentially a shotgun it would be nice. They did do a lot of purchases and sales with other countries in mass amounts so there’s no reason they can’t add more lower tier equipment. Just no more automatic Hei’s and type 100’s.
