Body armor is already any necessary advantage given to the Soviets, but the fact that you can use it anywhere outside BR5 is ridiculous. The effect that body armor has on low tier weapons is very noticeable and turns lethal weapons into white hitmarker machines.
I think it should still be a thing in BR5 cause everything is still gonna kill in half a second in BR5, but in BR2 it completely makes the game one sided.
Also nerf the PPSH box mag and SVT-38.
Body armor can stay but with nerfs maybe -15% movement speed sprint and walking and -50% speed of changing pose and maybe faster stamina drain
I’m fine with body armor staying, I just don’t think it belongs in lower tiers where it’s impact is much more noticeable
Effect should be removed entirely, including helmets.
Customization shoud at best change camo options but not alter stats.
Reload speed also should be slower i can’t see myself reloading as quickly as them with that bulky steel armor all around my chest
Ive seen a set of body armor before, shits clunky as hell.
It should be cosmetic only, and only available for 1944 and onward maps (e.g. Berlin, Werbig, Wald)
