3000 were sent - initial reports were quite damning, quoting short range, poor accuracy due low velocity, temperamental at low temperatures, only 1 1/2 rockets sent for the each of hte 3000 launchers! - read here
Total Lend Lease supplies of M1 and M9 bazooka launchers can be found at HyperWar: Lend-Lease Shipments, World War II (Ordnance) (do text search) - just over 21.500, of which 11,500 went to the French, 3000 to the USSR, about 2100 to the UK, 2000 to China, ~2900to Brazil.
Unfortunately it doesn’t list hte number of rounds sent

So the RPzB 54 which, according to history, was based on the Bazooka. I seem to recall the blast shield was an attempt to deal with the tendency of the rocket to blast hot gas in the user’s face, but how did it perform, in comparison?
The Pzshrek was much better - the larger warhead had significantly better penetration, and high projectile velocity - 110m/s vs about 80m/s
The M20 “Super Bazooka” was a direct response to the PzShk being far superior to the Bazooka - but not a direct copy despite having the same calibre - it was better again - more penetration, higher velocity, lighter.
