Just remember they aren’t ACTUALLY any better until you start filling in the stars 
Yeah I was wondering about that so I swap em out with say a level II that has two stars … so this guy is a newbie 90 day wonder type Gomer Pyle type that runs around with an empty chamber for awhile ok so he is a weak link in the squad. And the level II is significantly better …
I got a M3 A or the upgrade Submachine gun laying around someplace … some other dude has it … I probably should give him that gun …
You can, if very lucky, get a 5 star from a bronze order. I’ve had one out of ~600 troop tickets now.

Atleast this is way better than a level IV pilot or some class that you don’t play like mortars for me.

The ones in Red show units I do not want so again, using the bronze random trooper card the odds of me getting something I want are slim… Which is why I think maybe having it take 5 or 10 cards to get a person you want using the bronze cards but who am I to think such a thing why not just keep the customers aggravated
The reason I want trooper is I’m going to try and make (via the Academy ) a level 5 trooper to do this assuming I only get level 1 troopers only I will need about 81 trooper units … to get 1 level 5 Wheeee
So it ya get a level III or IV person this is actually something to celebrate because a level 4 dude costs about 27 number ones I think … 27 number ones = 9 number twos - 9 number twos = 3 number 3 dudes and this equals 1 number IV.
so then a number III costs 18 number one dudes …
And each unit ya gotta take to the field and get em shot at.
Probably best to forget the academy and just fill your rosters with whatever the Random thing gives ya meaning you send 95% of em to the rear … wooo hooo
