They actually need stats to prove that reward and punishment is an effective method of guiding human behavior, they don’t know how humans work and that stats aren’t necessary to prove such basic things, despite the reward system already being effective in keeping players playing, no stats needed to prove that, it’s just a fact

well yes you need stats to prove it. i am not asking for your personal stats, but game stats and maybe similar game and data for it where you can prove that your solution would work.
i have data that quality of games wont significantly improve with stopping players from deserting cause most of the times we enter game with 7.64 bots on average and we end match with 10.08 bots. players deserting are only responsible for 2.44 bots per match. and cause of player disparity, most of those bots are usually on one side.

you obviously dont understand human behavior. just check the recent covid situation. how many people rebelled against vaccines? people lost jobs, friends and access to some services. governments introduced rather harsh penalties for not getting vaccinated and see how it worked out?
