1.During the Normandy landing period, the US military had not worn M43 field boots and M44 jackets. They wear M41 jackets, HBT uniforms, and M1938 leggings.

There are already a number of such topics, both here and on other social networks. The game now has an infinite number of “completely illogical uniforms, and a mix of equipment.” It is likely that the developers have already noted this, and in the future we will see uniform elements more in line with history accuracy.

I do want that American camo for at least one Squad in Normandy. It just looks so unique.

Definitely correct on American helmets- playing cards I know were only used in Vietnam.
I would also like to see unit patches make a comeback.

Unfortunately if they aren’t willing to show swastika on the flags in the Berlin campaign, the Waffen-SS units and uniform will probably not be a thing …
I wish they would actually put proper nazi flags btw, because every time I see them I have the feeling that I’m suddenly whatching an ad for one of those bordeline scam WWII themed mobile game.
Uniforms in Waffen SS camouflages are already modeled and present ingame. They were in first Normandy tests and from what I have seen are now in Berlin CBT. They are just most likely wrongly distributed, because all units in current campaigns are Wehrmacht divisions (There were SS divisions present in open Berlin test, but we can not be sure that they will stay in the version that we will get)

There are suggestions of experimentation given the previous Q&A.
Helmets having decorations and “different versions” of the military uniforms is probably what they will go for in terms of soldier customization.
Many guns are also not present for now that were there before, namely American guns.
My guess is that we would need to wait until the africa campaign is released, but im not entirely sure.
