Hello lads, It’s gonna be a long topic so sorry up front.
As a War Thunder player from 2013, and a Enlisted player from the very beginning, I want to Enlisted be successful because in its roots it is a really good game. But we have some serious design issues also some QoL lacking here and there. I will categorize my suggestions so it will be easier to read and understand.
Gameplay:
At its roots, Enlisted perfectly balanced arcade and realistic gameplay. Even sometimes it can feel like not accurate, it still have some solid ground. So here what devs can do to improve it even further:

Animations needs to be tweaked to feel little bit more heavier, slower. I understand devs approach to make game little bit faster, but this speed causing the game looks cheaper and indie. If devs can add little bir more weight to everything we do, like reloading, firing a weapon, transition between running, crouching etc. The overall feel of the game will be much more high quality, so it will be easier to other people see the game as a AAA title and join the fight.

Sounds are overally good, but only if you are playing with speakers. When I play with headphones, I’m losing so much heavy tones like bass. I know I can tweak that from windows and headphones software, but If devs can give us some options in game, it could be much more accessible for casual players.

Hiting a target in game overally feels cheap. From ragdoll animations to weapon animations, there must be some weight at this areas. For example when we hit a targer, there must be a little stagger. Also bodies much drop on the ground much slower. So ragdoll animations needs some speed adjustments.

Hit marker sounds can be added to the game as an optional cosmetic change. Just like in CoD and some other games. I know, I know some of you will say nooo go play Call of Duty, its a realistic game but, it will be optional and completely harmless so an option for that would make gun play more fun for the people prefer that.

Tank and vehicles handling must be addressed asap, I know its a engine thing but I am really tired being stuck at stupid places in game everytime. So adding some kind of suspension to the vehicles will improve the situation and feel in a better way.

Chance to being downed must be lovered significantly. The game is already very forgiving because of the squad gameplay. So shooting and enemy and seeing he is just downed continuesly is just making the game frustating then fun most of the times.
Progression

The biggest issue with progression is of course extremely slow campaign leveling. I understand, the game is need to make some revenue, and its built upon progression, but this is just too much for most of the gamers. In long run, you guys are losing more players can pay some money because they are afraid too quickly. I have lots of friends started to game, and actually liked it but after few days they are scared and quit. So exp buff all across might be a good start for improving the game, especially, its a new game so you guys need as much player as you can.

Same campaign exp must be shared after we maxed out one side. Because after we max out one side, we feel like we are wasting time when we play a maxed out campaign. For example, I already maxed out Axis side on Normandy, now I want to play with my glorius STG-44 and have some fun but I always feel like I’m wasting my time. Like I can just grind for Allies or another campaign. So feeling that achived something and using it is not working with current system. Shared exp in same campaign will fix that without do single harm. Because we will still buy premium and elite pass and other stuffs.

Engineering exp bonuses must be increased significantly. For now, engineers are the most important squads in the game because they can turn the tide of game pretty easily. But for now, no one cares building ammo boxes, fortifications, rally points etc. Because game doesn’t reward them enough to push them to do so. So a serious (I mean really serious maybe 10x) buff can push to players to be supportive engineer.

Objective exp bonuses also need a ton of buff. For now capturing a point give you almost same amount of exp with killing a bot. This is extremely bad design. And needs to be addressed asap. Buff them as much as you can. Give players who do objective minimum 500 exp. Then game will become much more enjoyable.

Weapon transfer doesn’t make any sense if we have to unlock campaign level in target campaign too. I can just buy the weapon there. Yes I know maybe I have high level weapon in normandy and I can use it on Tunisia too but still, this thing must be changed.

Saving retraining points must turn back. There is no need for discussion about this.

Overally, Enlisted is a really good looking game and perfectly optimized. I can play the game with a shitty 4 core core i5 and gtx 1080 with 144 fps while maxed out. So kudos to devs who worked on optimization. But lighting inconsistency really hurts my eyes most of the time. Especially issues with global illumination must be fixed. There is glowing in everywhere inside houses. And It really kills the immersion.

Dust and particle effects from big explosions must be stay in air for much longer. They look already amazing but they are disseapearing too quickly.

It could be great if we can more dynamic weather in matches. Rain, dust storms, fog can be occured in matches and greatly improve the immersion of the game.

A night time can be also be great if you can shoot flares to light up to map. Just remember movie 1917… Could be gorgeous!
