I want Battle of France 1940 as much as the other guy.
Played Post Scriptum France update back in the day and it was awesome.
And I do believe Battle of France was planned as Campaign back when they were a thing.
Enlisted has 7 voiceover bank files: Russian, German, British, American, Italian, Japanese and French.
I donât think Darkflow spent their effort on creating a French voiceover just for the single premium Moroccan squad (and now the recent Free French squad).
Thereâs also Chauchat MG, Lebel rifle, etc.
Battle of France was probably planned but scrapped because of the Merge.
Right now, the problem with a French faction is that Darkflow stubbornly insists on every faction being BR 1-5.
So the French would be receiving some weird fake tanks and assault rifles for top BR.
And even on low BR with the current system Dunkirk would be fought with Puma, MP 3008 and Pz IV J from 1944-45.

not something that we really need.
maybe itâs me. as iâm not a fan of stretching nations just to fit some brs.
which, we could argue france may not surpass br III ( or II for that matter ) but then it would be a stagnated faction for very few hardcore people.
âsubfactionâ was the operative word (allied tech tree)
yesâŚit would still be messed up with brits and yanks fighting on the Marginot Line

well in that case,
sure.
it would enrich low tier US since ⌠they donât have much when it comes to smgs or bolt action rifles that arenât bad, outright aweful, or only few good options ( UK bolties ).

Maybe One day they will do something with the Customization and Make the uniforms the right nations (Uniforms linked to maps, not squads)âŚeven if the equipment is still mix match
thatâs a far stretch for something that they arenât inherently willing to do even now.
and, at this point, would be much better to just allow squads to wear most type of uniforms and let the player decide.
itâs not like " immersion " or " HA " ( despite what someone wants to make you believe ) are really valid points or really mattered when it came to enlisted. (both pre and during merge )

Make squads no longer determine nationally
And for Every theatre they have now, Make All uniforms available for the Nations that would be there.
that way, at least the right nations will âalwaysâ be on the right maps (via uniform), even if the weapons and vehicles are still mix match
