Soldier perk system revamp suggestion

i was thinking about a soldier perk revamp that could help us in some way:

-each soldier should be able to have enough each perk points to be able to choose if someone is gonna build him up into lets say green perks only soldier, or yellow perks only soldier, or even red, because right now the mix of all 3 is just boring and this idea could make the combat way more interesting.

i and many others wanted to build a soldier that’s basically a speedy twitchy roadrunner with sprint speed, aim speed, crawl speed, extra medpack usage speed etc.
or for example a marksman melee master with the extra melee damage, less of vertical/horizontal recoil, more accuracy when quickly turning the gun fast etc.
or even a durable bullet cushion, extra vitality, extra stamina, health regen etc.

-soldiers of class II and III should have way more perk points to justify spending over 100 bronze orders per soldier, because right now many people will choose to just stick with I class soldiers, because II and III is simply way too expensive to level up for some users.

A perk system based on predifinied perk on the soldier class like XCOM in my opinion is the better solution

I know, and it work, because enlisted and xcom have similar mechanics for micro manage their soldier, a shame dev dont have copied it

now that i think about it, the stealth could play a role in enlisted, for example our footsteps would be quieter, considering right now the enemy footsteps are easily distinguishable from friendly footsteps
