I think it might be nice to earn cosmetic tickets like silver orders and have the functionality across all campaigns. This will add one more reason to start games and make customization accessible to everyone with effort.
for the moment this feature is too expensive/tickets too rare and leaving people the choice between putting an amount in another game or the same amount to customize an obsolete soldier in 7 days without having a way to work for it seems to me not great.

They should make it so if you B U Y something in one campaign, it’s completely unlocked and can worn by appropriate soldiers. Devs do not have to nickel and dime us for literally everything.
