Soft lock players with low hours to BR2 until they figure out how to use rally points!

tbh yea, I get what the op is saying, but even as someone who builds rallies the meta around it can get extremely tedious. It gets really boring just playing whack-a-mole building rallies and finding rallies to destroy.

Sure it’d be nice to have more players building rallies, but it’d probably be a lot more fun if no one had to and we could all just idk, play the FPS portion of the game more without it negatively impacting the team. I feel like it’d make the game less sweaty.

Maybe if they make the building time drastically faster people would actually make them

On the topic. The idea itself is good. But most players don’t build, not because they can’t, but because they’re too lazy.I think the best way to fix the situation is to give the player the opportunity to build 2 rallies. And park the car. In most cases, this will be enough to play in spite of the fools in your team and will not force these fools to strain and do what they do not want or are too lazy to do. As they say, the sheep are safe and the wolves are well fed.

Not because they’re lazy. Because they’re playing a game to have fun. And constantly building rally points simply isn’t fun for lot of them.

It is that easy.

It’s the same thing in the end. I’m talking about the effect of the phenomenon, you’re talking about the causes of the phenomenon. All people come to the game for fun. I do not know anyone who was put on a slave collar and forced to play. But some fun recipients stage rallies, others don’t. And this is clearly not because the rallies are staged only by those who do not play for fun.

All the negative experience from the game is based on the fact that we have a limit of one meeting per person. It is necessary to remove this restriction to at least two meetings per person. And then those who enjoy the ruins of the games for fun will not be able to prevent those who want to win for fun. This is a classic win win

No, it’s not the same. Tedious game design that bores you has nothing to do with laziness of players.

The fault is with the game, not the players.

Not if you only have 1 engineer in a squad which is what most new players have, or just most players full stop.

And ofc it changes something, but having an easy “build rally here” command you can press a hot key and order your engineer to build it while you continue on your way to the point.

You probably don’t know, but in the game, building resps takes ZERO seconds and doesn’t require any tedious work. And having a respawn just gives you more opportunities to win. If someone doesn’t want to win, that’s their right, but it’s just not right to blame everything on some kind of terribly tedious action that the game simply doesn’t have or you just don’t know how to use the opportunities that the game provides.

And I have to remind you again that for those who find it difficult to spend ZERO seconds building one rally, I am ready to build it instead of these recipients of some unearthly fan from the game, and let them continue to play the way they want. Just give me the opportunity to build more than one rally. That’s all. And they will continue to heroically do nothing in battle, being absolutely hardworking, as you say, and I will be able to calmly win fights in spite of these heroes.

Feel free to think so :man_shrugging: but with that attitude nothing will ever change for you. Keep ranting here on the forum that players are lazy because they don’t want to build rally points.

If the rally points weren’t so important it wouldn’t matter. But at the present time, it’s the most important aspect of the game. Which is completely bizarre to me.

They literally do matter more than K/D.

I understand that some people may be comfortable with just hammering the air to the victory over and over again.
If they enjoy it, ok.

But it’s your failing to understand that rally points are indeed just an extremely boring and annoying part of the game for a lot of people.
That’s the reason why they won’t ever be building them in the numbers you’d like.
Deal with it however you want.

It’s their problem, not mine. The only thing I would like to discuss with the developer is to increase the building limit. And let the characters play the way they want. That’s their business.

Okay, Bob the builder.

I am not a builder. I am a player ENLISTED only. If you play CS or Sniper elite in Enlisted, it is your problem, not mine

the best way to reduce their effect is to extend match times.
