So what about actually making them viable again by adding an extra engineer with the same specific premium weapon just like the Firepower Moscow LMG bundle to all current/future infantry premium squads.
Special cases :
9 Man Premium Trooper Squads will have 1 Trooper replaced with 1 Engineer.
Trust me ! Just do it and no need to thank me, money gonna flow, ik you guys love money.

hell if they would allow you to switch campaigns like some of the gold weapons
like switch the lewis gun to Normandy or tunisa

Might I sweeten the deal by saying they should gave the same specialists option any regular free lvl 1 squad got? Merely give (sell) premium squads with specialists slots NOT learned, but give the necessary amount of squad upgrade points to choose. Same way every premium soldier comes with 5 perk retraining point.

I don’t know how closely they listen to premium squad suggestions, as they’ve been attempted for months now. People have even suggested them being made more like free squads to increase their usage (upgrades, changing weapons between squads, soldier replacements, etc.). Then again, I normally buy premium squads to collect the weapons in them, not for the XP boost that I don’t even need anymore at max level. I think they should be more customizable so they aren’t just abandoned for other squads that need to be grinded or upgraded, or are overall just better.

They think they’re being smart / brain on stonks as to indirectly promote, advertise and have people buy the New, Hot, XXXTREME EDITION MEGA DEAL Firepower Moscow LMG Squad when they can basically do the same for all of the others with just a simple, balanced and actual good change.

Hell no… I would much rather have my premium squads the way they are right now instead of that alternative.
Extra specialists in premium squads should NOT be equipped with weaponry that is same as in the rest of the squad.

Actually (not like it matters, but that is just for consistency)… if you were following this forum for a while, there is no way you could miss me, @Shiivex and more people saying this over and over again far before new LMG squad was released…
same unit specifications as free squads and I will start buying them, not having a Pioneer makes any squad useless.
like ffs just change premiums to work like regular units, NO ONE is gonna hate that.

Its crazy, I bought some premium tanks and I am willing to support this game further, however there is zero reason to buy premium infantry squads.
It really is like the devs dont want my money.
Of course a person who wants literally every single soldier and their families (each member respectively) to have their own MG would want this kind of squads.
Luckily enough, there aren´t way too many of you.
Amen. Let automatic weapons be exclusive (while premium rifles etc. should be usable for all rifle-based classes. G41 or SKS doesnt hurt much compared to MG30 for all) but finally gives us the squad trees for our prem squads.
