if gaijin also fix Bf 110 G-2 Rocket and 37mm then sure otherwise no.
the rocket has 10 KG TNT and 37mm has 140mm of penetration, these are so bad even if it hit the tank it’d bounce even though the angle isnt that sharp or just wont do any post-pen damage
in the first place 38G is low end level vehicle and panther is top level, it’s just normal.
if you want to kill it, use another top level vehicle, either A-20 or P-47.
