The name is a misnomer when everything is literally a truck or half-track with no armor at all.
Anything with actual armor or armament is either an event or premium vehicle.

251/1 is the premium halftrack with machinegun
( the 251/9 “stummel” with short 75 it’s an event vehicle of this period )
the Ho-Ha, however, became the premium halftrack for japan.
I’d honestly be content with 251s, M3s and/or M5s, and the Ho-Ha.
Even if all of them are unarmed.
But surely our great, thoughtful overlords have given everyone bog-standard machineguns at the minimum.

That had me worried for a second.
One vehicle mounted cannon is enough but an ACTUALLY armored personal carrier would be nice.

not… fancy as the Ho-Ha
but that could do it.
Light semi tracked vehicles such as Sdkfz250 or M2 may be a good idea, as they can be equipped with a 4-person team to distinguish them from trucks.

Difficult. DF has turned M3 and 251 into premium, and Japan’s premium APC are even worse.
I think tech tree’s personnel transports would only be unarmed trucks.
Ho Ki can be armed with machine gun.

I too would like to see armored carriers make an appearance for higher tiers as tech tree additions. Though I fear they are going to keep those behind the paywall.
The premium 251 should get an cool camo and replace the mg 34 with mg 42. Free 251 would only have mg 34 and the standard grey camo. Muricans could get the m3 halftrack and japs could get ho-ki. I have no idea what soviets could get. Another m3 would be weird.
Ho Ki had an mg mount which could equip type 99 and type 92 mg

The Russians could get something like the T-20 or maybe tank riders if you wanted something unique for em. Maybe a good German tech tree half track would be the smaller version I think it was called the 250 and was like a smaller 251 so it would have a couple less soldiers.
