Should I let it expire so and then buy it again so I won’t lose a day, or should I buy it back when I still have it so maybe I get some gifts or something when I get it back?

An interesting deal that usually comes up is 50% off premium time. It’s worth selecting a year in that case. (Becomes cheaper than buying multiple smaller time periods)

Still worth the wait.
Consider it this way: ANYTHING DF/Gaijin sells, is grossly overpriced (except battle pass, which is a must). Buying those products normally is just agreeing to being scammed.
During deal events, prices go down to… What they should normally be at. So it’s not very much a super deal, but what we should normally pay.
Don’t get yourself scammed. Wait for the event deals
