all snipers should have scopes on their guns, but they don’t, why

all new soldiers come with hte “basic” gun regardless of type - you have to buy sniper weapons for htem like every other soldier type - except fopr hte 1 you get as part of the sniper squad

because whenever you get snipers, you didn’t gaved them a scoped weapons. so you have to go in the logisitc, and aquire through silver orders or bronze orders.
personally, i suggest you to use bronze orders for weapoons. i know, it’s almost like gambling, but trust me, don’t waste silver orders. silver orders i would only reccomend them to you if you are interestred in a particular vehicle and/or favorite/special weapons.
unfortunally, vehicles are quite expencive, since they require usually 50 parts, and through silver orders you get around 10<15.
but, don’t expect to upgrade multiple vehicles, because that’s not the case. they really are expencive. so you only will be able to fully upgrade one vehicle ( which it’s almost crucial ) so, keep them for the sherman or the pz IV H. and than, you will buy needed weapons for you.
but that’s up to you. cheers.
Depending whther you have premium and/or battle pass - I have a surplus of silver weapon orders!! 
And Bronzes I tend to use for grenades and pouches.
Thanks - that is useful info - playing Soviets I have the Twitch drop BT7 so ahven’t neded to upgrrade a vehicle - good to know who may parts I might get when I do!

weather it’s truee that i still have 11 silver orders, those are not enough. considering that newer weapons are 3 orders +
i made a mistake of upgrading half of my pz III N ( which it’s not fully ) and now i started to upgrade the PZ IV H, which for the first one asked me 50 parts. the second it’s going to be 75. and the other i suspect aroound 80<90 and last 100+.
so no, those are not enough.
and yes, it’s truee that i bought around 7 g43.
i did not finished yet the battlepass. but nontheless you get very few of those.
yeah, they are quite expencive. lucky for you, you got the bt7 which it’s convenient as you have already maxed out vehicle. same it goes for m5s carolines, and pumas.

the g43 it’s a fairly archievable weapon, given by the artillery regiment. so i don’t know what you are talking about.
