SnowieW’s House of Maps 🗺️

Im very aware of the battle, Ive seen Zulu before, just more asking what on earth it has to do with WW2.

Just on Wald since I finally got to play it, spawned inside of a box with my squad and had to suicide to get out.

Otherwise I really enjoy the map so far, I know some people were saying its too cluttered, sum saying not enough, personally it felt good, maybe a few thin high wood walls between gardens, perhaps some “victory gardens”, aka household gardens converted into allotments?

My Other Suggestion is About Making Some Capture Points That Has Building on it 2-3 Phases.

To Capture a Point With only Ground Floor The Attackers Need To Capture the Building Outer Perimeter and The Building Interior.

If The Building has 2 or More Floors the Attackers Has To Capture The Building Outer Perimeter, Building Interior Ground Floor and Highest Floor Interior Building or if possible the Rooftop.

If The Building Very Large with multiple floors Like Industrial, Residential, Infrastructure, and Public Building the Attackers Has To Capture The Ground Foor, 1st Floor, and The Highest Floor or if Possible The Rooftop.

Another Suggestion About Giving Defenders a Bit Of Advantage Since They Are Defending and
Suggesting Expanding Map To give Attackers More Room For Maneuvers

The defenders should have a map position advantage to be able slowdown or disrupt attackers advance

The Defenders Respawn Points Should Be At Least 10 to 20% Closer to The Objective, to Counter Balance This The Map Should Be Expanded for The Attackers to Do More Maneuvers

Defenders Should Have 1 More Respawn Point than The Attackets

Instead of Respawn Shields Why Not Make The Soldiers invisible and untouchable Until you Open Fire or The Player leave the respawn zone just like Heroes & Generals Respawn Mechanic.

For The Bots, Make Their Reaction Time Better But Keep Their Current Shooting Accuracy The Same.
I Want The Bots able to Shoot More and Miss Than Not Shooting At All. Also Can They Make The Bots Shoot On The Move?

I really like Wald. Feels very WW2.

However, there are a few issues:

  1. There are too many rocks/stones everywhere, making it impossible for tanks to maneuver with Enlisted’s physics engine – please consider removing them

These sort of spots are complete tank traps – impossible to escape, always stuck on something:

  1. Some windows have walls in front of them – negative Booking com review is to be expected

(trying to find the screenshot)

Can you please fix the D-Day map. It is all messed up currently.

Thank you very much for fixing the normandy windows by halving their railings… maneuvering them has been much less of a a hassle since.

And I noticed this lesson was learned with Wald. Good to see.

I think the bunker objective in wald (2nd point) should have a hole in front of it. Currently if attackers want to properly clear the bunker they will have to get in from the back where enemies are coming

Conquest large maps are way to large and on most of them they just devolve into walking simulators like alligator creek since players can miss each othere so easierly on their way to the next objective.
So eighter shrink down the maps or make map that naturally funnel players into each other like how the chancellery does but not on urban maps with 10 diffrent routes to the next objective.

Can We Have Conquest Mode with Only 1 or 2 Capture Points?

I would love that. Actually solo player friendly conquest.

king of the hill? The main objective can be a church or any important infrastructure used during ww2

And the objective has to be large. Instead of just being a church it could be the entire village. Otherwise tanks and planes would farm the point if it is too small

Thats something Ive really enjoyed about a lot of the Wald maps, the point are quite spread out/bigger, meaning both HE and arty spam isnt as effect while at the same time fighting for the points is more back and forth as well.

Wald is really difficult to drive on with all those rocks and indestructible trees

My APC got stuck forever despire being a tracked vehicle

I Call Those Rocks a Key Features Map Designs.

It looks like the neighboring roofs are fighting with each other. I admit that such a scene actually exists, but there are too many of them in Wald.

Most buildings have window shutters. I would like to see more buildings with a simpler appearance.

There are many places where fences and walls are necessary, such as small houses located on the outskirts of town.

Finally, there is another point that concerns me in addition to the above. It is the bare ground where the grass has been stripped away. In the photo, the riverbank and the hollowed-out areas are bare. Did the developers intentionally or deliberately do this? Of course, there are places where bare ground looks more natural. But what about the riverbank?
