Snow on the ground ? (moscow)

Hello comrades, i wanted to ask how it is possible to adjust the amount of snow lying on the ground? and also, how do i make the objects look snowy like in “fortified district” ?

can’t really answer for the first one.

i mean, you can place the " node " ( or thingy ) called snow. but i don’t know much about parameters and stuff.

regarding the objects that look snowy, there are versions of stuff ( for example sandbags ) that has a already the snow on top.

it does not get added with the map settings.
basically a skin so to speak.

At the moment there is only one crutch, and it is not very good.

There are several objects of snow, even ice. They can be stretched and used as pseudo textures on the ground. Only now, due to the undeveloped NavMesh, AI will only walk in straight lines to the capture point, ignoring obstacles. It needs a default surface and default objects for pathfinding to work properly.

Objects covered with snow, in theory, can be covered with pseudo-textures in the same way, but this is a very painstaking work. It is better to use ready-made assets with snow.
