Maybe? Really it was only the Japanese that engaged in sniping from trees. Sniping from trees gave excellent concealment (assuming the trees are full of leaves, you can actualy fire for quite some time until you get properly spotted but you will have alerted the enemy to your presence) as well as excellent overwatch, but little to no actual cover, and few angles of escape (you got down, and not really a safe route in a emergency, fast yes but that’s usually a bad thing when climbing down from trees 
). So almost all countries official sniping doctrine discouraged it for the latter two aspects, only Japan (who famously didn’t care about surrender) used trees to a large extent, because they accepted the very likely outcome of not surviving but rather wanted to take as many clear shots as possible before being discovered.
So, it’s a really minor aspect of the war, almost exclusive to only one faction in the game, and would be a pretty huge distraction for the development of other more useful and representative parts of the war in exhange for something so trivial…

Realistically you will just get a few kills then someone will mag dump you out of the tree, so it wouldn’t be all that useful.
Idk what you mean by “Build a camo tree” but I do think that every squad that can have an Engineer should be able to have a unique buildable item. Idk what the Sniper Squads unique buildable should be, whatever it is though it should be useful (I thought about maybe dummy heads that you can place in windows but honestly it wouldn’t be all that useful in Enlisted).

This was a terrible idea in real life that only removed one of the main strategies of a sniper and that being to fire and then be on the move.

let 9 of your teammates, all play as what you said, far away behind point who shoot as snipers on the tree, each game you join.
