Is It better Than Mkb 42 but ?
I Think that Mkb 42 is better because Its Scope Feels more precise And Easy To Aim.
why does sniper mkb still has better ROF than regular mkb, is behind my capability of understanding…

Probably to give Moscow axis SOMETHING better than Soviet side 🤷
I still recommend only playing Soviets in Moscow, unless you stack with 2 others. Solo, ain’t worth it.

The only problem is most of time you have to choose between a demolition man that can easely take care of all the tanks, an engineer for rally point or a sniper.
So…
They should reduce RPM to 500 for STG type rifles and 450 for Fedorov, but increase STG rifles accuracy and buff base damage to 9.6 so it can be upgraded to OHKO up close. Fedorov can also be buffed by having more recoil control thanks to low RPM
Fedov has already veeery low recoil…
Considering how hard it hits, and that the weapon has no compensator of any kind.
Stgs just need lower dispersion. Wouldn’t touch anything else.

when in reality would make sense to give higher rpms to assaulters and less rpms for snipers ( for accuracy ) in enlisted, they did the opposite.
reason being, it’s much better ( in terms of balance ) to limit powerfull stgs with scopes to snipers as those can only have a max of 3 soldiers per squad with higher rate of fire, which it’s… somewhat better than having that weapon for assaulters ( or even enginners ) and have volkgsgrenadiers back in stalingrad.

It is kinda ridiculous tho, for a STG to have the same(or sometimes faster) ROF than a Thompson. Ditto for the AK-47 in the Fedorov Avtomat costume.
if you have premium everything is doable … go play moscow axis now you will be pleasantly surprised , i mean really 
you cant have two same guns with two different ROF
thing is the scoped version performes much better in most things in comparison to offcscoped, besides you surely know MKB never had such higher rof than 500 , the gun didnt have options to do so…
but in terms of balance … if people think ppsh is the best weapon in the game , then i would give to offscoped version same ROF as the scoped one and then we shall see what weapon will be the best

Tried once yesterday.
I joined a match with Soviets having capped the first point already, having a lot of “golden ranks” on their side too, while axis had none.
Just as I remembered, so I didn’t bother and left 🤷
Just like svt38 and 40 have vastly different damage outputs, like avs/avt, etc. It doesn’t surprise me anymore, devs tweak values without any logic other than “let’s try to balanss”

I’d prefer the Fedorov was just nerfed, it was an impractical turd of a rifle which is why it never saw large scale production or adoption.
Soviets mains would scream heresy, like when visual recoil of the avs changed, making Moscow… “unplayable”… for them.
Wouldn’t touch fedov. Just lower stg family atrocious dispersion 🤷
It’s funny that the best solution for “balance” is to break history. Out of all the campaigns, this one is set the earliest, but it’s the only one with 4 assaulter squads, even if it only has 2 rifleman squads, lmao.
