Sniper rifle without scope should use clip to reload

As the title.
Sniper rifles like mosin and kar98k should use clip to reaload when take off the scope.

That would make sense if you could take the scopes off mid game.

But right now I don’t see much reason why anyone would want to play these weapons without scopes. You’re better off with a classic 9 riflemen squad.

I will remove the excess 98K (sniper type) scope and give it to the sniper as a second weapon
but
Probably won’t use him until I run out of ammo for my semi-auto pistol

If you click on the scope, bayonet or the grenade launcher slot on any weapon that has the box/window, tap/click on the window/box and double tap or press Y/Triangle (console) and it will remove the optic/launcher mount or bayonet.

I don’t think 9 men squads are necessarily better than 3, 4 or 5 men squads. For example, I am a very offensive player, the other 8 guys in my squad die very fast, making our team losing more tickets.

I leveled my sniper squads by either removing the scopes from the sniper rifles and/or filling every slot with “normal” riflemen.

squad size does not effect ticket drain apparently…
all attacker squads take 12~tickets to spawn or something… idk the exact number…
