Slight change to the "orders canceled, too far away"

When I run somewhere I give my AI order to go to this location (it has many benefits). But there is an issue: can’t order my AI to go too far away, even if I also run there with them.

I guess the logic of giving orders could be changed:

  • I can give orders to go beyond the distance limit
  • AI will attempt to get there but won’t move further than the limit (similar effect to placing an order at the limit)

Additionally, when I switch soldier, AI should ignore the “follow” command for 1-1.5s. This way they won’t run like lunatics when I switch through multiple soldiers.
And if we can’t have “move” order limit removed like I described, make the limit also not active after switching. So I can avoid situations like: give an order, run, get shot, switch, this soldier was far away, my order got canceled, all my soldiers turn 180° and run to me.
Overall a bit more stabile AI behaviour.
