Y’all are saying they will be worse but keep forgetting they will be level 4 while normal soldiers will start at level 1.
Nooo they wont be worse INITIALLY. I’m worried about the long term purpose of them if they lose the training feature and are only 4 assaulters with no flex. Adding a currency/campaign exp boost would give them long term purpose

You watch a movie for 2 hours for 30$ as well, in the cinema.
Personally I see no issue with them becoming outdated after months. They would have been worth the money.
They currently already give a 100% campaign XP boost
That’s not a really fair comparison. You dont have stuff to unlock in a movie or currency. People have premiums in WT for the currency boost and training despite them being slightly worse vehicles.

I see these as unique experiences I can enjoy for dozens of hours until they become obsolete.
Just like I can enjoy a movie in the cinema for 2 hours until it ends.
I guess it really isn’t a fair comparison, as I would enjoy the premium squads for much longer.
Same with AAA titles. Every year there will be a new one. So will the 70$ be wasted because it becomes outdated after a year? no.

I am pissed. This could be a deal breaker for me as I bought all the squads. This is BAD business by Gaijin…not that they care. I spent alot on WT through the years…and this is the first experience with Enlisted? Might be time for me to take my wallet and leave. Verdun is starting soon…probably head there. Poor, poor, poor business practice…

premium squads are not exempt from balance changes. You still receive everything they offer:
Premium squad? Check.
4 Premium soldiers that remain 5 stars? Check
Note: only new premium squads will be 4 stars.
4 Premium guns? Check

I have a feeling others will feel the same and probably stop people from getting new premiums. The premiums did need a nerf however as they were very broken

Whatever, drink the “coolaide” if you want. I as a consumer have a right to be angry having an item nerfed just days after purchasing. If they want too do it…fine. Just allow anyone, who wished to, return the purchase and get refund…

Nothing has been switched. You still get the exact same contents as before, they just contain different stats. That is not illegal or bait in switch at all.
I agree it shouldn´t, but either toning down price for premium squad OR including in the pack something else that would make up for it (aka some gold coins together with the squad) is only fair to consumers.

Continue with the ‘hurry and get a founder pack’ & keep asking 30,-. Take the money, keep quit until 1 day before OBT and then announce the changes.
Not a very classy move there and it’s not how business should be done.
A roll back or compensation would be appreciated.
