i think, it could be very balanced, because of less tanks and planes and nearly the same weapons. (finnland also uses the pps and similar weapons)

Kp31 and various different models of it, would be the smg of Finns. Pps copy KP44 never saw action.

well, you are right, i tought it were the pps, because it looks like the same with the drum-mag

Theres plenty of variations of the said smg. So in that sense theres many models to add, not just one. As some people aint so fond of adding either captured weapons or bought foreign weapons.
Probably most intresting version would be Kp31 with flamethrower.
