Should reinforcement for Normandy allies reduce?

Just finished a Normandy invasion map, I played Axis and god I have been wanting to say this for so long. 300 reinforcement is too much I think. Or another possible cause to make me think like this can be because I didnt play at all in the first 6 minutes, while the top 1 on my team has 40 kills. I decided to play and catch up, I ended up being top 1 with 80 kills. Please top matching me with low level players. Just my opinion if u got tips to save my sanity tell me. Thanks

I think dev modify the reinforcement count by overall win rate, there is nothing much to do except increasing the reinforcement when Normandy Allies lack good player base.

I’ve been trying to get this topic discussed amongst everyone because it is one of the major things that makes Normandy unfun. This was actually changed what it is today when they were trying to balance things back before Berlin came out since the Allies were losing almost every match. Then the state of Normandy just became forgotten about since you have other campaigns to enjoy. I think Normandy overall is lost potential right now with its map choice. We should have Carentan, French Countryside, Northern French forest, and even a Paris map.

The other big issue is that Normandy was a testing ground for British weapons before Tunisia came out so all the American weapons got introduced way later in the campaign and no British squads were developed at the time and they were never added in. The only two British squads we have now are just two premium tank squads.

Agree, but now Normandy ally is getting more skilled and I, or some other axis player are about to reach madness getting gangboom by allies. Time to change ???

I think Normandy is fine now, it’s also a good hardcore practice campaign cuz if axis player is good enough to overcome this madness, they can shred other campaigns. To me I expect a japanese, chinese and american campaign, a lot of games forgot the Pacific war. I just need 3 maps: Midway, Okinawa and Iwo Jima. Gold order guns are M2 Stinger, Type 4 Garand, Nambu type 1, M3 Infrared. Sad to see history got buried

A lot of games also forget the British fighting in Italy too

Midway is impossible, and we are likely only going to get Okinawa or Iwo Jima, probably the former. What is more likely is we get one of the islands, then something like Burma and then the Philippines.

The reasons they did Tunisia instead of Egypt is the same reason they won’t do Kursk, and leads into the reason they will likely do Okinawa instead of Iwo Jima. El Aleman and Kursk were mostly fought in a way akin to that of the western front in WW1, with trench warfare and large distances between the two opposing sides. Such combat would not translate well to this game, so the devs opted for Tunisia instead of El Alamain. Iwo Jima was not like that, however it has it’s own problems. The island has very little infrastructure, with really only the airfields and maybe a beach landing map that one could make a maps on. The island itself is also very small, only being about 21 square kilometers. Okinawa is more likely, as the Island has towns and villages where the native Okinawans lived, fortifications and entrenchments like at Hacksaw Ridge and Shuri Castle. A good mix of these would provide enough variety in terms of maps which most of the other pacific islands in the island hopping campaign cannot provide (outside of Guadalcanal, which balancing would be almost impossible there), so I see Okinawa as the most probable island.
