Hispanos are still very much broken. There were tweaks to hit registration which has helped a little, but they still have no apparent penetration or explosive charge.
I have the Tempest and it is not much use at all. I agree with @20174184 though, it should have RP3 and bomb - the Tempest was renowned as a ground attack aircraft, but it is hopeless in Enlisted.

this game has a lot of copypaste from War Thunder and hispanos were broken there for like 5 years until just 4 months ago when their SAPI was fixed

The Bf 110, (the first plane that the Axis get) is EASILY one of the strongest attack planes in the game. The Ally planes don’t even compare for quite a few levels.

The 110 is a great attack plane - but it is also easy meat for every allied fighter - they might not match it as an attacker for a while, but they can blow it out of the sky easily right from the get go.
