Some of these defenders should re roll and make a new account. See how it feels to have vacant squads after the achievement silvers are earned which is clearly designed to suck people in then turn off the supply

i don’t see how much does it have to do with the management part.
although, yeah. it’s a bit earlier to make such changement with no matchmaker on sight.

We need to imagine the squad of people who started this game.

That’s a map and balance issue, not an MM issue at all
There is nothing the US can do to the Panther short of bomb it until level 31
I tried to eliminate the Panther with the P-47, but it was impossible because the P-38G was flying.
Although P-38G is a fighter.

i’ll be honest though, with no matchmaker ( more about the second though ) i have no idea what else could be made about it.
perhaps event xps to people experience other campaigns could work.
perhaps more dailys with at least 1 silver reward.
it’s a bit overwhelming and not so thought out.
A power level system for equipment could be added to balance out super powerful high tier weapons so you can’t just field entire squads of it (past just locking them to a class)
But for tanks the solution is to not create an even more unbalanced Jumbo situation
