Really disappointed to see. Also I dont think that little additional armor can help the T-28’s outdated design. T-28 is super vulnerable to infantry, also so big that is a easy target for panzer and Stuka. Just another XP pack for enemies.
Where is T-34??? Any kind of? Or even just the ones with some weaker shells? T-34 is not that OP compared to the new Pz.IV F1.

Panzer fw1 is a little upgrade to panzer 4E is not OP as @Euthymia07 says T28E is much better

People do realise if the T34 does come, it’ll be one of the early variant thats basically just as good as a T-28 at getting swamped and killed easily.
just because it was the SU’s infamous tank, doesn’t mean we’ll get the T34/76D Mod.D/E…

Would not be surprised, if not even higher.
Pz.4 E was a oneshot with Shrapnel. This literally changes nothing but makes the lower tier armour and AT guns that little bit more useless.
I doubt it, as the short barrel gun massively reduces penetration.
It will be more like shrapnel with extra steps against its German counterpart.
But hey let’s wait and see, there is no point in complaining about something that hasn’t been implemented yet.
I hope they combine early Stalingrad to Moscow, we could get the t34 and the F2 as end game tanks

The shrapnel rounds even manage to fail to penetrate panzer 2s at a slight angle. From that point on the only way to fight with the T28 is copula sniping, at close range.

Yep, sometimes instakill T28s, sometimes it takes 6 shots.
Vice Versa, Have oneshot Pz.4s and sometimes taken 6.

Also T28E isnt comparable to F1
They are comparable. But its just that T28 is bad and nothing is gonna change that. Soviet light tanks with 45mm will still thrive here like t36 bt7 and t50.
PzIV F2 vs T34 makes sense, but as many already said, would fit stalingrad much better, moscow was just rly early in the war.
There was only 4 months between the end of Moscow (April '42) and the start of Stalingrad (August '42).
So it wasn’t really that much earlier.

JUST GIVE THE T28 PROPER AT SHELLS
LIKE THE GERMANS GOT THAT PANZER 4 WITH A 75 MM AT BR2
AND THAT ITALIAN TANK AT BR 1

the issue is the light tanks are good at AT but not AP
Like i can take out a the latest Panzer 4 with a bt7 no problem
But the fact of the matter is
Germany has a 75mm tank at br1
Now i get that it has no turret so how abt
the pz3 with a 75mm at br2
Its op compared to the soviet equivalent of the t28
I could ignore the t28’s crap armor
But the gun is just offensive
It cant even blow up a panzer 2 from the front!
Now as for the fact that the ptrs and ptrd can both blow up any br 1 to 3 panzer
(By shooting the engine)
What if they are grayzone camping or have been tucked away in a location where only the front is visible
ATRs are useless unless you can approach the tank with an explosion pack
You do realise that the T28E has AP shells instead of shrapnel shells….
